Members of the Consortium for Constituents with Disabilities advocate for a broad range of federal public policy that ensures the self-determination, independence, empowerment, integration and inclusion of children and adults with disabilities in all aspects of society. CCD also has Ad Hoc Task Forces that focus on federal policy but meet on a less frequent basis than official Task Forces and Working Groups that focus on both internal practices for CCD as a coalition and policy.
